Organize PDF without uploading the document

How to organize the pages of a PDF

  1. Choose the document. Drag it into the area above or click to pick it.
  2. Move the pages. Drag a card, or use the buttons on it if you prefer the keyboard.
  3. Delete what you do not want, and rotate what came in sideways.
  4. Press Organize PDF. One pass, one document out.

Why one tool instead of three

Because reordering, deleting and rotating are usually the same job, done in one sitting.

A scanned report typically needs all three: two pages the wrong way round, a duplicate to remove, and an appendix that belongs at the end. Doing that with three separate tools means writing the file three times and downloading it twice for no reason.

Both dragging and buttons, on purpose

Dragging is faster with a mouse. The buttons are the only way with a keyboard.

Drag and drop cannot be reached without a pointing device, so every card also carries move buttons with proper names. It is not a fallback for old browsers — it is the way the tool works for anyone who does not use a mouse.

Frequently asked questions

Is the document uploaded to a server?

No. The page previews and the whole rearrangement happen in your browser, on your own device.

Are the deleted pages really gone from the new file?

Yes. The result is built by copying across only the pages you kept: the others are not in it, not merely hidden.

Can I put the same page in twice?

Not here. Organizing works on the pages of one document, each appearing once. If you need a page repeated, use Extract pages, where repetition is allowed.

Does the original document change?

No. A new file is written and the one you chose stays exactly as it was.
